We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and update portfolio details of various private equity funds, including quarterly reporting templates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage portfolio details of various private equity funds.
  • Analyze PE Funds performance by reviewing fund cash flows and quarterly/financial reports.
  • Calculate fund valuation data such as investment cost, realized/unrealized value, gross/net multiple, gross/net IRR, and financial KPIs.
  • Track operational KPIs and provide updates on a regular basis.
  • Reconcile portfolio level operational data, including geographical presence, headquarter, and portfolio leverage.
  • Coordinate with teams to obtain information and communicate with clients regarding task status.

Requirements:

  • Post-graduate degree (CFA, CA, MBA, CCRA, CIIA, CAIA) or equivalent.
  • 1-10 years of experience in relevant financial services, preferably with management reporting or operational finance experience.
  • Experience working independently and proactively identifying process enhancements.
  • Prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • e-front + ilevel + Power BI + Microsoft Access experience is an added advantage.
