Senior Investment Manager Position

This role involves overseeing investment management activities, managing and streamlining high-impact projects and decisions across the portfolio.

The Senior Analyst will be part of a fast-paced, quantitatively driven environment, underwriting and locating investment opportunities using market comparables, tracking assets through various phases of the deal lifecycle, and applying market nuances to underwriting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and evaluating potential investments to add value to the portfolio.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize investment returns.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in achieving business objectives.

Desired skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in investment management, underwriting, or other related disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Top-ranked performer with a track record of success and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
