
Enterprise Business Development Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and enhance market presence through strategic partnerships. As a key member of the account team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by managing relationships with leading conglomerates and IT services organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Cisco's relationship with one of India's largest conglomerates as part of an account team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and grow all revenue streams from the account.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with client executives and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute a 1-3 year strategic account plan aligned with the clients' long-term goals.
- Identify and pursue transformational business opportunities to increase Cisco's wallet share.
- Provide comprehensive business reporting and forecast management using methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Lead efforts to develop an innovation strategy with customers, focusing on cost savings and competitive advantage.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales experience in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of selling to enterprise accounts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and decision-makers.
- Comprehensive understanding of Cisco products, services, and solutions.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across geographies and virtual teams.
