We seek an experienced business development professional to join our team and drive enterprise customer acquisition and growth.

  • Identify, prospect, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
  • Develop consultative solution selling strategies for our HRMS, Attendance & Payroll Software.
  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of proven experience in Enterprise Sales / Account Management (preferably SaaS / HRTech / Payroll / ERP solutions).
  • Strong track record of closing high-value deals with CXOs, HR leaders, and Finance heads.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
