Tender Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Management Specialist to manage the entire tendering process from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating categories, uploading products, and facilitating e-tendering on the GeM Portal.

The Tender Management Specialist will also be required to respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations (RFQs). This includes submitting documents on various portals such as GeM, CPP, MP, Defence, and State Govt.

Tender Preparation & Submission:

  • Prepare and submit bids, bank guarantees, fixed deposit receipts (FDRs), and demand drafts (DDs) according to tender requirements.
  • Clarify bid conditions to ensure alignment with company needs.
  • Analyze tender documents, prepare comparative statements, and attend pre-bid meetings.

Vendor Registration & Coordination:

  • Liaise with government departments for vendor registrations, approvals, and renewals.
  • Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and quotations.

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare drawings using Coral Draw/Photoshop.
  • Manage filing, calls, and administrative tasks, including salary and attendance registers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and communication in English and Hindi.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with e-procurement and tendering.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Experience liaising with government bodies is beneficial.
