Job Title: Business Growth Specialist - US IT Staffing

This role involves driving business expansion for US IT staffing requirements. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and achieving revenue targets.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in US IT staffing sales with strong client engagement and negotiation skills. They will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and client prospecting, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with implementation partners, Tier 1 vendors, direct clients, and MSPs.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US IT staffing industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, implementation partners, and vendors.

- Understand client requirements for US IT staffing and propose effective solutions to meet their needs.

- Manage end-to-end business development lifecycle, including RFP/RFI/RFQ submissions and contract negotiations.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong expertise in US IT staffing business development and account management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
