We are seeking a dynamic and visionary executive to lead our US IT Staffing & Services division.
\This role focuses on driving business growth by acquiring new Systems Integrator (SI) and direct client accounts across multiple industries.
\The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and relationship management, with deep expertise in the US IT staffing and services market.
\Key Responsibilities:\- \
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.\
- Define sales targets and establish KPIs to ensure team performance and success.\
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Support the sales team in strengthening client relationships.\
- Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.\
- Market Analysis & Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.\
- Leverage market data to identify new opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.\
- Partner with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.\
- Ensure seamless client onboarding and high-quality service delivery.\
- Strong understanding of IT services such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Snowflake, Data Analytics, and related technologies.\
- 15+ years of proven leadership experience in sales or business development within the US IT staffing & services sector.\
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing SI and direct client accounts.\
- Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and drive business decisions.\
- Experience managing and motivating high-performance sales teams.\
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.\
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).\
