
Regional Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through the sale of our digital building services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow Digital Building & Modernization Services retrofit business through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users through consultative selling and value-based interactions.
- Generate and drive digital building service leads through the service sales offer portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams across different Business Units to secure and win building modernization orders.
- Manage, maintain, and grow a designated individual sales territory and quota.
Qualifications:
External qualifications include a solid track record in advisory, solution, and consulting services sales to end-users. Knowledge of Building Management Systems is an added advantage.

- Able to link business challenges with services and solutions.
- Have a strong sales drive and ability to find a way forward.
- Able to work in a structured manner with a clear focus on achieving goals.
- Have an interest and flair for digitalization using software, apps, analytics as tools to create results.
- Good communication skills.
