Job Title: Regional Sales Professional - Digital Building Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through the sale of our digital building services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow Digital Building & Modernization Services retrofit business through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users through consultative selling and value-based interactions.
  • Generate and drive digital building service leads through the service sales offer portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across different Business Units to secure and win building modernization orders.
  • Manage, maintain, and grow a designated individual sales territory and quota.

Qualifications:

External qualifications include a solid track record in advisory, solution, and consulting services sales to end-users. Knowledge of Building Management Systems is an added advantage.
