Spatial Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Spatial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end spatial operations, including space planning, planogram execution, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective space planning strategies to maximize sales and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of planograms and inventory management.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to optimize spatial operations.
  • Provide expert-level knowledge and support to team members on spatial operations best practices.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in space planning, JDA, retail or FMCG industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Advanced knowledge of space management technology platform JDA.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to effectively present complex information to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated intermediate Excel skills necessary.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced project management or space automation skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
