Primary Responsibilities
  • Emphasize a culture of safety and customer-centricity within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize fleet deployments and pilot operations.
  • Facilitate coordination between the Pilot Operations Team and Fleet Maintenance Department.
  • Monitor daily pilot logs and address challenges requiring support or troubleshooting.
  • Communicate mission details and distribute work assignments to pilots effectively.
  • Assist with airspace coordination, safety mapping, and flight planning change requests.
  • Manage team dashboards to provide stakeholders with adequate visibility.
  • Maintain proficiency in commonly used software programs.
  • Be available for occasional out-of-hours assistance as needed.
Skills/Requirements
  • A college degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • The ability to pass a drug test and background check is mandatory.

Preferred Requirements
  • Education or experience in Aviation Operations or Fleet Management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with aviation weather concepts is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with United States ICAO airport codes is useful.
  • Good spatial awareness and experience working with maps is desirable.
  • General awareness of FAA Part 91 and Part 135 operating guidelines is recommended.
