Role Overview

As a key component of our Bancassurance distribution strategy, the Insurance Channel Representative plays a vital role in leveraging our existing customer base to promote insurance products tailored to their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and cross-sell insurance products
  • Collaborate with channel partners to assign leads and drive sales growth
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers and internal teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and new bancassurance customers

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 2-3+ years of sales experience in BFSI/insurance or investment sectors
  • Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to meet targets consistently
  • Knowledge of mutual funds, life insurance, general insurance, PMS, and structured products
