Job Role

As an important component of Bancassurance distribution, the Tele Sales/Tele channel is a key strategic focus of the leadership.

The channel leverages the existing customer base of Our Bank and assists clients in purchasing insurance products tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Leads of potential customers are assigned by our channel partners.
  • To understand consumer financial requirements and pitch policy products through calls.
  • Generate leads from sales departments and advise on the benefits and advantages of products.
  • Handle walking and existing customers of banking partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new bancassurance customers.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to teams and bancassurance customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Experience: 2 to 3+ years of proven experience required in sales of BFSI/insurance or investment sectors.
  • Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.
  • High sales orientation to meet sales targets consistently.
  • Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Life insurance, General insurance, PMS, and structured products.
  • Ability to develop local contacts.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in changing environments.
