Job Description

Drive strategic partner relationships and co-sell strategies to fuel joint business growth.

We're seeking a results-driven Alliance Manager to join our team. As the co-captain of technology GTM for our clients, you'll be responsible for managing and scaling strategic partner relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion.
  • Actively engage with the broader partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and synergies to expand our clients' reach and impact.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of alliance programs, using data to derive insights and improve GTM tactics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • 3-6 years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Strategic planning, project management, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
