Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with customers until resolution.
  • Capture customer insights and feedback to enhance our products, packaging, and overall brand experience.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and a consistent customer journey.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle tough situations calmly.
  • Highly active, energetic, and empathetic — with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Proficient in phone support, email, and CRM tools.
