
Leading Customer Experience Advocate

We are looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a Product Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for learners during live sessions.
- You will provide prompt responses to live queries and collaborate with support, tech, data, content, and sales teams to streamline learner experience.
- Track and manage learner data such as attendance, feedback, and session engagement using Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Docs.
- Help build learner-facing materials such as solution videos, session notes, slide decks, and FAQs.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in support, learning ops, education, or client/customer-facing roles.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Machine Learning (intermediate level).
- Google Sheets, Forms, and Docs.
- Canva for presentations and visuals.
Bonus points for prior experience in teaching, training, or peer learning environments.
