The RoleWe are seeking an Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and responding to all incoming/outgoing calls professionally and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and managing their time effectively.
Main Responsibilities:- Answer and address incoming/outgoing phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance.
- Redirect calls to relevant team members when necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone interactions.
- Follow up with clients and customers via phone when required.
- Offer insights and feedback on phone communication strategies as an intern in the customer experience team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail.
- A reliable laptop and stable internet connection are essential.
