The Role

We are seeking an Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and responding to all incoming/outgoing calls professionally and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and managing their time effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Answer and address incoming/outgoing phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance.
  • Redirect calls to relevant team members when necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone interactions.
  • Follow up with clients and customers via phone when required.
  • Offer insights and feedback on phone communication strategies as an intern in the customer experience team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail.
  • A reliable laptop and stable internet connection are essential.
