Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction through proactive and professional communication.
You will be responsible for interacting with customers via various channels, resolving their complaints and queries in a timely manner, and providing detailed information as needed.
In addition, you will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide training sessions for new employees to enhance their skills.
Achieving excellent customer service and satisfaction is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide support to customers via email ticketing system, social media, and phone calls.
- Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for future reference.
- New Hire Training: Provide training sessions for new employees to enhance their skills.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience working as a Customer Support Executive or similar position in the Customer Service department.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Good problem-solving abilities.
- Customer Orientation: A customer-oriented individual.
- Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
