Role Summary

As a dedicated technical support specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional post-sales support to our clients. Your passion for customer success and technical expertise will enable us to maximize customer value and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical assistance to customers and partners on product configuration, performance, and troubleshooting
  • Diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex technical issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Utilize diagnostic tools, scripts, and lab environments to replicate and resolve technical issues
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, knowledge base, and troubleshooting guides
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role
  • Background in B2B SaaS and strong knowledge of network and security concepts
  • Deep expertise in switches, routers, and networking fundamentals
  • Certifications preferred: CCNA, JNCIE, or higher
  • Working knowledge of Linux, VMware ESXi, and firewalls
  • Familiarity with 802.1x/NAC, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple issues and tasks in a fast-paced environment
