We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. This role involves handling inbound queries, emails, and calls to resolve issues and provide accurate information.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and users.
  • Handle inbound queries, emails, and calls to resolve issues and provide accurate information.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process and app navigation.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone while handling escalations and complaints.
  • Collect feedback from clients and report recurring issues to improve the service experience.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure seamless user journeys.

Responsibilities:

  1. Resolve client inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Assist clients in navigating the app and using its features.
  3. Document and track client interactions and resolutions.
  4. Analyze client feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a calm, empathetic approach.
  • Knowledge of English is a must; knowledge of Hindi and Telugu is a plus.
