Hiring a Client Solutions Specialist – Affordable Housing Project

This project is developed under the affordable housing policy of Awas Bandhu, U.P. Housing & Development Board, offering a great career growth opportunity for individuals looking to establish themselves in the real estate and housing sector.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing accurate resolutions.

Additionally, you will assist in the home-buying process, guiding customers through documentation and post-sales support.

Collaborate with sales, CRM, and legal teams to streamline customer communication.

Track customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records.

Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.

Ensure compliance with industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
