Relationship Manager Opportunity

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging with clients through a need-based approach.

Our job purpose is to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and service levels through pro-active client engagement, relationship management, and coordinating internally with various teams.

  • Acquire and upgrade quality clients in designated areas to enhance wallet share through retention and growth of assets under management (AUM).
  • Engage with existing customers to deepen relationships and increase AUM.
  • Accountable for achieving monthly and annual volume and revenue objectives as agreed upon.
  • Ensure activation of digital channels to drive growth.
  • Develop client trust and loyalty through personalized relationship management.
  • Ensure optimum product mix and new-to-product clients aimed at customer level profitability.
  • Drive exemplary customer service in the local market and uphold service standards.
  • Ensure internal and regulatory compliance through strict adherence to sales processes and risk reviews.
