Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled Customer Support Specialist who will work independently with our esteemed clients in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering timely and professional support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Solving complex issues and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and loyalty.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent business communication skills in English, with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • A laptop/PC, headphone, smartphone, and reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Proficiency in office tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF, and a willingness to learn new software.

Our recruitment process includes multiple rounds of interviews, including a trial period. We offer a flexible work-from-home arrangement, with a standard working hour of 9 hours between 5:30 pm and 9:00 am, Monday to Friday. Weekend availability and US shift flexibility are also required.
