Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer care calls, resolving queries, processing orders from e-commerce platforms, and ensuring excellent post-sales support.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in customer service. If you have a customer-first approach, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and basic computer knowledge, we encourage you to apply.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer care calls in a professional and polite manner.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
  • Process and manage customer orders via e-commerce platforms.
  • Track and update order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds where applicable.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, accounts) for order fulfillment.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care / call handling (E-commerce preferred).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
