Job Overview:

This senior role involves covering high-revenue clients and driving business growth through new client acquisition.

Responsibilities:
  • Coverage of clients with revenues up to Rs. 2000 Crs
  • Ownership of business development, focusing on agreed plans for new client acquisition
  • Initiate, manage & deepen client engagement, building relationships at Promoter/CFO levels
  • Deliver banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank, including cross-selling of products like salary accounts, retail CA and SA, forex, DCM, trade, CMS, etc.
  • Maintain / enhance credit quality in the portfolio managed, aiming for zero NPAs
  • Franchise & brand building activities
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in commercial banking or a related field
