Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Drive national sales and marketing operations across divisions

  • Lead, mentor, and grow large sales and marketing teams pan-India
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing
  • Proven success in leadership roles within gastro/ENT/multispecialty segments
  • Strong exposure to strategy, analytics, and profit and loss ownership
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills
  • Full-time graduate in science/pharmacy; MBA preferred
