About the Role

The Commercial Leasing Manager is responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic market presence, cultivating relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional sales performance.

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and develop relationships with potential clients to drive commercial real estate portfolio growth.
  • Transaction Management: Develop and execute transactions with team involvement, leading to sales target success. Inspire and guide a team of commercial real estate sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business development.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the commercial real estate market and business objectives. Focus on market analysis, competitor research, and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with commercial clients to exceed their real estate requirements and expectations. Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and opportunities within the commercial real estate sector. Analyze data to identify areas for business expansion.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze commercial real estate sales team performance. Provide regular reports to senior management focusing on business development key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the commercial sales department budget effectively. Allocate resources strategically for business growth and development.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and negotiations with commercial clients addressing their unique needs and demonstrating the value of our services.
