The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting prospective tenants through direct outreach, broker networks, and referrals. This role involves strategic planning to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Develop a healthy pipeline of leasing opportunities with premium brands across retail, F&B, corporate, and lifestyle sectors.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with reputed national & international brands.
- Leasing Negotiations:
- Negotiate lease terms, rental values, escalation clauses, and fit-out periods to achieve successful outcomes.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct regular market surveys to monitor rental trends, vacancy rates, and competitive developments.
- Property Showcasing & Presentations:
- Organize property tours and presentations for prospective tenants.
- Coordination & Internal Communication:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns that attract target brands.
- Tenant Retention & Renewals:
- Maintain regular interaction with existing tenants to address concerns and encourage renewals.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Keep accurate records of all leasing inquiries, negotiations, agreements, and renewals.
- 3-4 years of experience in commercial leasing premium offices.
- A strong network with national & international brands.
- Possession of an MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing/ Sales / Real Estate is preferred.
