Office Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Office Leasing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market.
Job Description:The Office Leasing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the office leasing space. This includes developing relationships with key decision-makers at major corporations, analyzing client needs and providing tailored solutions, and negotiating lease agreements that meet or exceed client expectations.
Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with our team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate leasing
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide clear, actionable recommendations
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred
