Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Commercial/Senior Management, you will:

Lead contract negotiation and execution, ensuring favorable terms for the company.Manage procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and vendor performance.Oversee claims management and risk mitigation, resolving disputes and minimizing financial impact.Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost optimization initiatives.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls for commercial transactions.Provide financial forecasts and reports to senior management, identifying variances and corrective actions.

The Successful Applicant

8-15 years of experience in commercial management, procurement, contracts, and negotiations, ideally in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain sectors.Strong background in managing complex contracts, supplier relationships, and financial planning.Proven track record in cost optimization, budget management, and risk mitigation.Excellent contract negotiation, claims management, and procurement strategy skills.Leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop a commercial team.Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage and forecast large-scale budgets.
