  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and related documents across various jurisdictions.
  • Information technology and e-commerce agreements
  • Market Data and Subscription and Publication Agreements
  • Sale and Purchase Terms and Conditions
  • Service agreements and maintenance contracts
  • Liaising with business stakeholders for their approval on risks and deviations.
  • Identifying and highlighting risks and liaising with stakeholders for their approval.
  • Providing commercially savvy legal advice on various matters based on in-depth research.
  • Staying up-to-date with changing laws and regulations.
  • Managing reports and advising on queries from the business and legal teams.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, regional lawyers and business partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Qualified law graduate with an LLB degree.
  • Desired: 5-11 years of demonstrated experience in commercial contracts.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, negotiating skills and understanding of Indian laws.
  • Excellent analytical and legal skills with attention to detail.
  • Team player with maturity in dealing with senior stakeholders.
