Commercial Space Sales Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive our commercial interior design firm's growth through strategic partnerships and high-value deal closures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage an active network of brokers in Mumbai and Pune to source high-potential commercial space project opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, developers, landlords, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular on-site meetings, pitch tailored design solutions, and lead negotiations from inquiry to contract closure.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle independently, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Track commercial real estate trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Established and active broker network in Mumbai and Pune for commercial projects.
  • Proven track record in commercial space sales or interior design project acquisition.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven with high ownership and ability to work without constant supervision.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in commercial real estate or B2B interior design sales, entrepreneurial mindset, and market research and trend analysis capabilities.
