The role of a Commercial Support Manager is crucial in supporting our account leadership team with comprehensive financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. This includes regular performance reviews, budget tracking, and providing strategic insights to optimize profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Analysis & Forecasting
    • Support the account leadership team with comprehensive financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and forecast future trends.
    • Work closely with the FP&A team, operations, and sales teams to support these tasks.
  • Pricing & Deal Management
    • Responsible for managing global rate cards.
    • Support the sales team with deal administration in our CRM system.
    • Act as a key commercial advisor to the sales team, providing support on the commercial elements of deal closure.
  • Contract & Process Administration
    • Own the entire contract administration process, ensuring all commercial agreements are accurately prepared, executed, and archived.
    • Manage and maintain the central contract archiving repository.
    • Evaluate and improve existing commercial and pricing processes.

Requirements include:

  • Relevant years of experience in a commercial, financial, or business analysis role.
  • Proven proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • A solid understanding of business operations, sales cycles, financial reporting, and pricing methodologies.
