Strategic Accounts Payable Transformation Leader

The role of Strategic Accounts Payable Transformation Leader presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead large-scale financial transformation programs in multiple industry verticals. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement P2P/AP transformation strategies across various industries.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive program roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Lead collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain domain expertise in AP/P2P, incorporating the latest trends and technologies.
  • Partner with product development teams to ensure seamless integration of new capabilities and features.
  • Conduct benchmarking and best-practice analysis to inform solution design and implementation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in providing end-to-end AP/P2P solutions in multiple industry verticals.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs, leveraging tools like ERPs, Workflows, Invoice Exchange, and Robotic Automation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with CXO-level stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and influencing business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in developing and implementing P2P/AP tools and platforms.
  • Experience with advanced digital platforms, including ARIBA, COUPA, and other similar systems.
