Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to oversee the implementation and customization of Oracle HCM modules globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital adoption, managing a team of consultants, and working closely with business stakeholders and technology support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification processes for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support.
  • Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
  • Experience: Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
    • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems.
    • High proficiency in excel, macro and other report automation tools.
    • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.
    • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
