Job Description:

The key role of the Oracle HCM Functional Consultant is to spearhead the successful implementation and management of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

This professional will oversee the end-to-end deployment, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM modules globally, working closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure seamless configuration, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification processes for all modules
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners to resolve technical or business-related issues and serve as the primary liaison between business units and the implementation team
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop training materials, plan pilots, provide end-user training, and support HR professionals and other business users for smooth adoption of the system
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation and identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
  • 12-15+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems/Supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations across multiple modules
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function

Technical Skills:

  • Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management expertise
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems
  • High proficiency in Excel, macro, and other report automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across the HR lifecycle
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools and data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment
