Implement Oracle Cloud HCM Solutions

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including payroll and other related functions. They will work closely with HR teams to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain application documentation, troubleshooting functional issues within HCM modules.
  • Create engaging client presentations for Oracle HCM Fusion applications, highlighting the value and addressing client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions.
  • Test and validate technical components, resolving issues as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, preferably with payroll and other module combinations.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies and experience working with diverse cultural and geographical teams.
