Job Title: Technical Expert in Oracle HCM Cloud

We are seeking a seasoned senior technical expert to lead our team in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise in the design, development, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on US and Canada Payroll.
  • Payroll Development: Develop and maintain advanced payroll functionality, including Fast Formulas, data extracts, and report development.
  • System Administration: Administer and support Oracle HCM Cloud systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, develop technical solutions, and deliver results-oriented projects.

Key Skills:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud, US and Canada Payroll, SDLC, JIRA, HDL, BIP, OTBI, SQL/PL SQL, Fast Formulas, Payroll data extracts.

Requirements:

  • Education/Certifications: Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or relevant field. Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and Payroll area.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high-quality results.
  • Availability: Willingness to work night shifts as needed.
