We're Hiring: Senior Solution Consultant – Xactly

Location: Noida (Sector 135) | WFH Model

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Xactly Solution Consultants who are passionate about building high-impact incentive compensation solutions. In this client-facing role, you will lead full-cycle implementations of Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics , collaborate directly with client stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to define business & technical requirements.
• Configure Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics based on client needs.
• Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy.
• Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
• Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training.

What We're Looking For

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics .
• Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design .
• Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement .
• Proficiency in SQL ; ETL/data transformation knowledge is a bonus.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills .
