Drive Revenue Growth and UI/UX Service Sales
\At our organization, we're seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for design and product solutions.
\The role focuses on selling UI/UX services, product design solutions, and digital design consulting to enterprise and mid-market clients.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities for UI/UX and product design services.\
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships.\
- Develop tailored sales decks, proposals, and RFP responses for enterprise clients.\
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and translate business needs into UI/UX design solutions.\
- Collaborate with design and strategy teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure successful handover post-sales.\
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.\
- Represent the company at industry forums, events, and client presentations to enhance visibility and generate leads.\
Key Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the design industry.\
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design processes, tools, and methodologies.\
- Proven track record of closing deals with enterprise or mid-market clients.\
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\
- Ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and build CXO-level relationships.\
- Self-starter, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.\
- Prior experience in agency, consulting, or SaaS/product sales is an advantage.\
