Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead

Hiring for a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) covering the entire hire to retire cycle.

This role requires a strong leader with at least 8 years of experience in HCM implementations, particularly with HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate must possess expert knowledge of Core HR and ORC modules, as well as an in-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.

  • The selected individual will be responsible for interacting with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, along with personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills.
  • A good leadership capability, strong planning, and follow-up skills are also required, along with mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to project managers.
  • The candidate should be prepared to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems and interact with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables.
  • Domestic or international travel for short or long durations may be necessary.
