Job Title: HCM Payroll Expert

About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) payroll systems, specifically Oracle Cloud Payroll. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in functional and technical expertise, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality payroll solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Functional Expertise: Minimum 15 years of experience in a Functional role for HCM applications, with strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
  • Implementation Experience: Must have successfully completed minimum of 2-3 full cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementation, with Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation Certification mandatory.
  • Configuration and Setup: Proven experience configuring fast formulas and payroll costing setups.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, Production Support.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a Functional role for HCM applications.
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Absence Management.
  • Successful completion of minimum of 2-3 full cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementation.
  • Oracle Cloud Payroll Implementation Certification.
  • Proven experience configuring fast formulas and payroll costing setups.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
