Job Title: Workday Payroll Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Workday Payroll Specialist where you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage withholding orders, taxes, and validations in Workday HCM.
  • Perform payroll input and audit functions, including off-cycle and on-cycle payments.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in multiple HR processes, including Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on functional issues related to Workday solutions.
  • Analyze Workday release updates and understand the impacts of feature changes on client configurations.
Requirements:
  • Active Workday Core HCM and Payroll certification.
  • At least 4 years of relevant Workday HCM experience.
  • Hands-on experience with configuring withholding orders, taxes, and validations in Workday HCM.
  • Subject matter expertise in payroll processing frameworks and banking settlement.
  • Expertise in functional areas like Time Tracking, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits.
  • Able to analyze and troubleshoot EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).
  • Familiarity with Workday security framework, calculated fields, custom reports, and notifications.
  • Knowledge of various data sources available in Workday HCM.
  • Ability to maintain regulatory and compliance standards in handling employee records.
