Job Overview\

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM professional to join our team as a functional consultant. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to our clients.

  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on functional aspects.
\Key Responsibilities\
  • Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, and Benefits.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform system testing and provide guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
\Qualifications\
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities are also necessary.
