Oracle HCM Technical Specialist Job

This is a challenging opportunity to work with our team in delivering innovative solutions in the Oracle HCM space.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant to lead or participate in technical implementations, develop Fast Formulas, and design custom integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Implementation: Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, including OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and more.
  • Fast Formulas: Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Custom Solutions: Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
