We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the optimization of Oracle HCM Core HR configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional Expertise: The selected candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Core HR, encompassing Enterprise Structures, Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and other foundational HR setups.
  • Configuration and Customization: This role requires proficiency in configuring and personalizing Redwood pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Express Mode and Business Rules to align with business requirements.
  • Security Management: The successful applicant will implement and manage HCM security components, including roles, security profiles, and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
  • Approval Workflows: Configuring and troubleshooting approval workflows, Journeys, and notifications is an essential aspect of this position.
  • Upgrade Management: Staying up-to-date with Oracle's quarterly updates, monitoring new Redwood features, and mandatory migration timelines is crucial for this role.
