Cloud HCM Technical SME

This position requires a strong technical background with expertise in Oracle HCM Suite, including Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and OTL.

The successful candidate will have broad knowledge of the Oracle HCM Suite and deep domain expertise, enabling them to interact with global support teams, business partners, and technical experts on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

The role involves collaborative work with Onshore and Nearshore Oracle Cloud Project/Support teams across roll-outs, quarterly upgrades, development, and support. Functional knowledge in at least two of the HCM modules is required.

• Production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process (Issue Management/Problem Management/Bug-fixing/Change Management), deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
• Interacting with both offshore and onshore client engagements which involve implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules - Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL)
• Cloud Technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
• Resolving production tickets, patch testing, Change requests, requirement analysis and documentation of the respective Oracle environment, engagement with the Oracle customer, Oracle CSI partner and developer base.
• 3-4 hours overlap with the Client's Oracle Team (US Time Zone)
• Collaborative configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment in compliance with established standards.
• Managing the System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance as designated by role and persona; key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD (instance) management and provisioning, system configuration, and risk management, role / persona security management and definition, risk management, and system configuration to maintain a secure environment.
• Unit test all high level functionality including staging test scenarios and Unit test all technical objects prior to delivery to client by documenting test results.
• Runbooks for all technical objects and resolving technical queries during tickets resolution by providing functional guidance to technical team.

• At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
• Strong end to end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion).
• Efficient and effective communication skills both written and verbal, and comfortable engaging directly with clients on detailed technical discussion.
• Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.
• Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader and Custom Role Development and Cloud System Administration services.
• BI Publisher (RTF design /e-text /Scheduling /Parameter Handling/Bursting /backup and migration of reports to different pods).
• Visual Builder Studio experience with extending application pages and migrating changes between instances. Knowledge of Visual Builder Studio (VBS) is must.
• Additional Reporting Tools: HCM Extract / OTBI / Analysis Dashboard.
• Transformation formula and automating the inbound loads into HCM using HDL.
• Sysadmin activities, code deployment process and quality assurance.
