Job Title: Oracle HCM EBS Consultant

Experience: 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 HCM modules is required. We are seeking an expert who can implement, configure and provide functional support for Core HR and Payroll.

  • Implement, Configure, and Provide Functional Support: Our ideal candidate should have experience in implementing, configuring, and providing functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll; exposure to Self-Service HR (SSHR) or i Recruitment is a plus.
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Prepare Functional Design Documents: Preparing functional design documents (MD50/70) and coordinating with technical teams for customizations is also a key responsibility.

The role is remote-first but requires the flexibility to travel onsite to client locations in the Middle East during project phases. Immediate Joiners only will be considered. Must hold a valid Indian passport and be willing to travel to the Middle East onsite as per project needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll;
  • Working knowledge of SSHR or i Recruitment is desirable;
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM;
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development;
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
