We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing team at MarketEngine.ai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and accelerating revenue.
At MarketEngine.ai, we're transforming marketing for startups and small businesses with our innovative Marketing-as-a-Service platform powered by Generative AI. Our cutting-edge solution streamlines marketing functions, enabling SMBs to generate marketing-qualified leads 10x faster and at 75% lower cost than traditional agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate outbound emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach to schedule meetings with sales teams.
- Conduct discovery calls to present the Company Value Proposition and schedule follow-up meetings or demos.
- Follow up on inbound leads, qualifying prospects and providing timely information.
- Educate and develop prospects before handing them off to sales teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM profiles and ensure data integrity throughout the lead activation process.
- Experience in calling 100+ prospects per day and setting up 5+ meetings per week
- Tenacious hunger in opening up new leads via phone, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Ability to confidently and effectively speak to the prospect and articulate the value proposition to engage them in setting up a meeting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A competitive salary package offering $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.
