We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Growth Expert to join our team at Proactive Data Systems Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Development Manager.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, particularly in the IT products and software industry. You will be responsible for lead generation, building relationships with customers, and negotiating deals. Your ability to showcase our offerings compellingly and communicate effectively with our customers and partners will be crucial in achieving our sales targets.

The successful candidate will have experience in selling IT infrastructure products, including Enterprise Networking, Cyber Security, Collaboration, and Data Centre. You will also be familiar with software and cloud services products and have a strong track record of achieving gross margin targets through skillful negotiations.

In addition to your sales expertise, you will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills. You will be proficient in working with sales management software systems and CRM, and you will be able to provide quick turnarounds and anytime availability to our customers.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a bonus structure that rewards performance. Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve revenue targets
  • Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the IT products and software industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in working with sales management software systems and CRM
  • Able to provide quick turnarounds and anytime availability to customers
  • Strong self-confidence and integrity in commercial dealings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in selling IT infrastructure products, including Enterprise Networking, Cyber Security, Collaboration, and Data Centre
  • Experience in selling software and cloud services products
