Position Summary
The Growth Enablement Team (GET) is a robust sales support team focused on improving sales experiences, efficiency, and success rates. GET provides support across three key areas: technology, reporting and analytics; sales enablement and education; and prospecting and pursuit support.
Responsibilities
- Assist the onshore Growth Enablement Team with kick-off activities for sales pursuits, including Microsoft Teams setup, template creation, and compliance matrix creation.
- Support the GET in sales pursuits as requested, including adding bios, references, project performances, and baseline content.
- Perform final Quality Assurance (QA) Review on proposals and/or PowerPoint slides/presentations, including grammar, formatting, table of contents, and style.
- Review and complete a QA Review for assigned projects for brand, voice, grammar, and style in accordance with Huron corporate brand guidelines.
- Assist with graphic creation, editing, and formatting as requested by GET, including aligning with Huron branding, template edits, graphic re-creation, and copywrite-free photo search and editing.
- Assist with RFx/proposal/orals presentation development process by pulling core base content, preparing reference requests, and maintaining Huron's sales asset management system, Seismic.
- Support maintenance, organization, and upkeep of base content in the sales asset management system.
- Complete advisory support requests, such as pulling proposal base content, previous submissions, and templates.
- Leverage Salesforce to perform regular analyses, including case compliance, case volumes, opportunity advancements, opportunity wins, and other key performance indicators.
- Enhance current layout designs and formatting for sales presentations, project summaries, and other sales assets.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, expertise in MS Word and PowerPoint, and organizational skills.
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant business experience, preferably in consulting or sales enablement.
- Proficient in written and oral English, with the ability to work across time zones.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent effective working relationships, with strong proactive communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals of varying work styles.
- Expert attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks with deadlines that often require a quick turnaround across a team.
- Ability to prioritize workload and make strategic decisions about what to accomplish when faced with competing needs.
- Willingness to learn new tools, skills, and processes.
